I've always been into the back spin, and I'm awesome at it BTW, but I just found this band 'Spin', they're from Philly and they kinda got a bit of a Killers thing going on.

Illustration Friday - MYTH and The Icarus Deception

This week the Illustration Friday word was Myth. After hearing/seeing Seth Godin speak last week to promote his new book 'The Icarus Deception' (awesome BTW), the myth of that crazy dreamer Icarus, and his bird wing stunt to escape the minotaur seemed like a good fit.

Look, I know this is not a new film and the awesomeness that is Ron English's art is well established, but there may still be people out there who don't know about the wicked billboard stunts this guy and his band of merry hoodlums used to get up to.

Lance Armstrong spills all and vows - I'll be back

So that's what I'm guessing happened at Oprah vs Lance couch smackdown, but we'll have to wait until Thursday when the hyped interview/blubbering confession hits the air.

Lance is confessing to apparently enable him to race again in as little as 4 years time.  But on what team? Trek, Nike, Radioshack, Livestrong? nope, nope, nopety nope.  By then there maybe a serious backlash against fast food.  Maybe MacDonald's will be looking to get into cycling.  Ride Le Tour on a Mac a day.
